At Enable Exercise, we understand that travelling with a disability & attending scheduled appointments is a challenge for many.
As part of our home visits service, our therapist can come to you and provide a exercise based intervention session at your house or local gym.
The home program will be tailored to your desired goals and our therapist will assist you transfer the exercises into everyday life skills.

Important: Our home visit program will require adequate space and cooperation for an effective session. We will be limited on what exercise equipment we can bring however we will be able to utilise your own equipment, provided it is safe.
